Room Policy - Booking Conditions
- Room rates are in euros, per studio or apartment per night.
- Prices include 11% VAT and 2% municipal tax
- For the final confirmation of your reservation you should deposit 20% of the total value. The deposit should take place in two (2) working days from the announcement of the hotel's bank account to the client. Otherwise reservations are canceled without further notice.
- Arrival and departure times are set at 14:00pm and 12:00pm respectively.
- Baby cot: Free for a kid up to 4 years old in a double room.
- Cancellation at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival is free of charge; otherwise a 30% fee is charged.
